| EMMA OCTAVIA RAWES ALBUM, OPORTO LINE This little Rawes family album was handed down through the family to my father and then to myself. The first two photographs are of Emma Octavia née Glennie, the wife of Francis Curteis Rawes, holding her daughter Agnes. The album then proceeds with other members of her family, both Rawes and Glennie. The album is bound in decorated brown leather and still has its metal clasp or locking device, its condition is good. The album contains thirty pages, each able of holding two photographs, making space for 60 photographs. There are a number of gaps and only 35 photographs remain. Fortunately, all of the remaining photographs have been named, probably by Prescott Rawes, who names the first two (Emma & Agnes), as 'Mother and Agnes', names also appear in the space above some of the missing photos.
