[Page 1:] In consideration of the great / uncertain[ty] of health and of the time when it shall please / the Almighty to dispose this Tabernacle of Clay I / John Rawes of Taunton in the County of Somerset / Tobacconist do make this my last Will and Testament / First I desire to be interred in a plain but decent / manner in the nearest Burial Ground of Friends to / which I may reside at the time of my decease My / Temporal Estate I bequeath and dispose of in the / following manner First I give to my dear Brothers / William and James Rawes my share of the Legacy / left me by my Aunt Agnes Rawes to be paid on the / decease of my Aunt Mary I say & give to be / equally divided between my two Brothers The Residue / and Remainder of my Estate Goods Chattels Money / and Debts with all other properties of what kind
