This is my last Will and Testament made the twenty eighth Day of July in the year / of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and three I William Rawes of Sherborne in the County / of Dorset do dispose of my worldly Estate and
Effects in manner following. In the first / place I give and bequeath to my Wife Hannah Rawes my Estate at Draycot
in the / Parish of Lymington given to me by my Grandfather William Rawes to hold during / the term of her natural
life, after which I give and bequeath the said Estate to my / son William Rawes and and his Heirs for ever. I
likewise give and bequeath to my Wife / Hannah Rawes my Estate situated at Chilton Cantelo let unto the late
Samuel Daniel / of Yeovil. I likewise give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Rawes the sum of / five hundred pounds
of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to her at the expiration / of one year after my decease by my executor
hereafter named. I likewise give and / bequeath unto my son James Rawes his heirs and assigns for ever a field or
piece / of freehold land called clays close situated at Draycot in the Parish of Lymington which / I bought of the
late Francis Newman of North Cadbury. I likewise give and bequeath / to my son James Rawes the whole of my
remaining property not heretofore disposed / of and I likewise make him the whole and sole Executor and subject to
the payment / of my just debts and funeral expences.
