This is the last Will and Testament of me Emily Rawes of 94 Clarendon Road Morecambe in the county of Lancaster Widow

1 I revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me and I declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament. 2. I bequeath to Ada Rebecca Tatterson wife of Frederick Tatterson of 4 Oak Street, Windermere in the county of Westmorland Coal Merchant all my household goods and furniture jewellery plate linen china glass books prints pictures and articles of household domestic and personal use and ornament. 3. I bequeath the sum of £100 free of duty to the said Ada Rebecca Tatterson. 4. Subject as aforesaid and to payment of my just debts funeral expenses I give devise and bequeath all my real estate (if any) and the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto George Kinipple Tatterson the Younger and of the said Frederick and Ada Rebecca Tatterson absolutely 5. I appoint the said George Kinipple Tatterson to be the sole executor of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventh day of June one thousand nine hundred and twenty six

Administration with this Will of the estate of the testatrix On the 11th March 1927 was granted to the lawful father and mother of the sole executor who is now a minor.
