[Page 357:] This is the last Will and Testament of me / John Rawes of Fawcet Mill in the parish of / Orton and County of Westmorland Yeoman Viz. I / give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary the / sum of Four hundred pounds to be paid at / the end of twelve months after my Decease by / my son John Rawes out of my Freehold Estate / called Fawcet Mill I give and devise unto my / son John Rawes all my Freehold Estate / called Fawcet Mill with all my Lands and Grounds / in the parish and County aforesaid with all the / Appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and / to hold the said John Rawes his Heirs and / Assigns for ever Subject and chargeable with [Page 358:] All my just Debts and Legacies bequeathed.
