In the Prerogative Court of Canterbury / In the Goods of Robert Booth Rawes Esquire deceased. Appeared Personally - Jane Gwynn of / Widmore Lane Bromley in the county of Kent Spinster one of the subscribed / witnesses to the last will and Testament of the said Robert Booth Rawes / late of Bromley in the county of Kent Esquire deceased bearing date the / twenty first day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty one and now / hereunto annexed and made oath that on the said twenty first day of August / the said testator duly executed his said will by signing his name at the foot or / and thereof in the presence of this deponent and of Mary Sandy Spinster the / other subscribing witness thereto who were both present at the same time / and this deponant and the said Mary Sandy thereupon attested and / subscribed the said will in the presence of the said testator - Jane Gwynn / on the eighth day of December 1841 the said Jane Gwynn was duly sworn / to the truth of this affidavit Before me J.E.P.
