I William Thompson Rawes / of Clay Hill Beckenham Kent being ill in body but by the blessing of All-
/ almighty God of sound understanding mind make this my will and testa- / ment I give to my two sisters
Elizabeth Rebecca Palmer & Mary Rawes All / the Property I am possessed of constisting of
freehold & leasehold lands / [------?] money in [--?] funds or [---------?] furniture books &c [----
---] my hand this 29th day of Octr in the yearof our Lord one thousand eight / hundred & forty two -
W T Rawes - signed by the said William Thomp- / son Rawes the testator in presence of us who were present at
