This is the last Will and Testament / of me Henrietta Rawes of Hawley Place Villas Maida Hill West /
London Widow that is to say I bequeath unto the Reverend William / Francis Rawes my son in law my Oak Library
table I bequeath unto / William Woodward Rawes my grandson my large mahogany writing / desk. I bequeath unto
Francis Russell Rawes my grandson my Rosewood / writing desk I bequeath unto Susanna Sophia Durrant the Daughter
/ of my late husband Doctor Rawes my papier mache toilet box together / with the contents of the said box and also
the miniature of her / father and the gold chain which belonged to him. I bequeath unto / Elizabeth Adelaide
Fox my niece and god daughter my rosewood / Piano Forte I bequeath unto Sarah Ann Smyth my niece my hair /
brooch which contains the hair of my brother John and his late wife. / I bequeath unto Henrietta Charlotte
Cluet my niece and god daughter / my small gold watch. I bequeath unto my brother Charles Sargeaunt / the sum
of fifty pounds. I bequeath unto my brother John / Sargeaunt the sum of Ten pounds. I bequeath unto my Sister
Sarah / Whitworth the sum of Ten pounds. I bequeath unto my nephew / John Barnaby Sargeaunt the sum of Twenty
pounds And I declare / my will to be that all the aforesaid legacies be paid free from all / legacy duty. I
bequeath all the Residue of the personal Estate that / I may have power to dispose of at the time of my decease
unto my / daughter Henrietta Rawes for her seperate use and the receipt / alone shall be a sufficent discharge to
my Executor. And I do hereby / appoint my said nephew John Barnaby Sargeaunt Executor of / this my Will in Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand this / seventh day of May One thousand eight hundred and fifty deven /
