Considering it to be a duty incumbent on me to settle my affairs in the event of my death do hereby give grant assign dispose convey and make over to and in favour of my beloved sister Elizabeth Blackburn Rawes presently residing at number thirty one Melville Street aforesaid Spinster, and her heirs Executors and representatives whomsoever for her and their own absolute use and behoof whom failing, that is to say, in the event of the said Elizabeth Blackburn Rawes predeceasing me, to and in favour of my blood Brother the Reverend Henry Augustus Rawes, Doctor of Divinity, Saint Mary’s, Bayswater, London in the County of Middlesex and his heirs Executors and representatives whomsoever for his and their absolute use and behoof the whole Means
