This is the last Will and Testament / of me / James Rawes of Sherborne in the County of Dorset House / Agent I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal Estate / and effects of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever situate to / which I shall be entitled or be possessed of at the time of my decease / unto my dear wife Mary Rawes to and for her own absolute use and / disposal and I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this / my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore / made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this / eighth day of January One thousand eight hundred and seventy four / - James Rawes [signs] - / Signed by the said James Rawes as and for his last Will and / Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in / his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have / subscribed our names as witnesses hereto

The Testator James Rawes was late of Sherborne in the County of / Dorset House Agent and died on the eighteenth day of March 1887 at / Sherborne aforesaid.
