The last Will and Testament of me Richard Rawes of Oxenholme in / the County of Westmorland Coal Merchant I revoke
all Wills and Testamentary / dispositions heretofore made by me I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Preston /
the wife of William Preston the whole of my Stock in Trade, Plant, Furniture, Goods, Chattels / and effects
absolutely leaving it to her to pay to each of my two other children thereout such / portion or share as she in
her own absolute and uncontrolled discretion may deem / reasonable my said Daughter well knowing what are my
desires in the premises But I do / not hereby desire to place any restraint upon her in the free disposal or
distribution of / my property I appoint my said Daughter to be sole Executrix of this my Will in /
Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the 12th day of November 1888
