THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT / of me JOHN MORRIS RAWES of Pike House, 133 Church Street Horwich IN THE COUNTY OF / Lancaster Insurance Agent I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of / whatsoever nature or kind soever the same may be and wheresoever situate and being unto / my dear wife Mary Jane Rawes to and for her own use and benefit absolutely and I appoint / her sole EXECUTRIX of this my last Will in WITNESS whereof I the said John Morris Rawes have/ to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and subscribed my name this twelfth day / of November one thousand eight hundred and ninety six - JOHN MORRIS RAWES - SIGNED by / the said John Morris Rawes the testator and by him declared to be his last Will and Tes / tament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of / each other all being present at the same time have hereunto subscribed our names as / witnesses - JOHN WOOD Solicitor, Horwich - JAMES RYDER No 10 Wright Street, Horwich.
