[Will:]
The last Will and Testament of me Sarah Rawes, / Widow, of Morland in the County of Westmorland - / I direct that after my decease my Executors hereinafter named / shall as soon as conveniently may be pay out of my personal / Estate all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary expenses. I / give and bequeath to Alice Margaret Vickery daughter of my late / brother Robert Bland the sum of Fifty pounds. I give and bequeath / to my niece Ann Bland Allan the sum of Fifty pounds. I give / and bequeath to my niece Annie Margaret Shepherd the sum of / Fifty pounds. I give and bequeath to my niece Mary Elizabeth / Nicholson the sum of Fifty pounds. I give and bequeath to John / Bland son of my brother Thomas Bland the sum of Twenty / Five pounds. I give and bequeath to James Bland son of my brother Thomas Bland the sum of Twenty five pounds - / I give and bequeath to the two children of the late / Elizabeth Wharton of Sleagill - namely - to Jane Buckle and / Frances Wharton the sum of Thirty five pounds each. And I / further direct that the residue of my personal Estate / whatsoever and wheresoever shall be divided into equal / parts and given to the following Legatees - namely - one part to / Thomas Bland of Ousby and the second part to the children of / my late brother William Bland of Reagill in equal shares / - namely - to John Thompson Bland, William Burra Bland, / Isaac Hudson Bland and Charles Ernest Bland. And I / further direct that all my Household Goods, Furniture / and Chattels and Effects shall be divided among the above / named five Legatees in the same manner as the residue of / of my personal Estate or in case of dispute I direct that they / be sold by Public Auction and the proceeds of such sale be / added to the residue of my personal Estate and divided as / above directed. I hereby appoint my brother Thomas / Bland and my nephews John Thompson Bland and / William Burra Bland Executors of this my Will at the / same time revoking all former and other Wills by me at any / time heretofore made.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand / this twenty thrid day of January one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine

Lancaster, Farm Manager, nephew of the Testatrix & Mr Wm Burra / Bland of Reagill near Shap Co. Westmorland, Yeoman / nephew of the Testrix. Make oath that the annexed writing is the true and original last Will & Testament of Sarah Rawes of Morland, Co. Westmorland, widow. deceased and we are the executors named & we will administer and prepare an Inventory of the estate of the testatrix who died at Morland, afsd 18 March 1900 her fixed place of abode.
