I MARY JANE RAWES of Church St, Horwich in the County of Lan / caster give this as my last Will and Testament and I hereby revoke any and all wills / heretofore made by me and I appoint Eleazar Horner of 47 Arkwright Street, Bolton Tea Mer- / chant John Dickinson J.P. of Victoria Road, Horwich and Richard Pearson of Chorley Road / Horwich Grocer and Provision Merchant as EXECUTORS and Trustees and Guardians of my daugh- / ter Sarah Feraella Alice Rawes I give and beaueath all my real and personal estate to / the above named trustees in trust for the benefit of my said daughter Sarah Feraella / Alice to be dealt with at their discretion and they may sell convert and realize and re- / invest any monies arising from such sale or conversion and advance monies from the / sale of any properties to my daughter if they deem such advance to be for her benefit at / any time before she attains the age of twenty five years and it is my will and desire / that when she attains that age my said trustees or survivor or survivors of them / shall transfer all property and securities remaining of the said trust estate to my daugh- / ter if she shall so long survive In the event of the decease of my said daughter before / attaining the age of twenty one then I direct my trustees to transfer the properties to / my cousin Elizabeth Ann Howsley of Cooper St Horwich and her children in equal shares / But I direct that my daughter shall have the power of appointment when she shall attain / the age of twenty one years and the said trustees shall have regard to such appointment / if my daughter shall not attain the age of two years Failing such appointment / by my daughter then the trustees shall transfer the trust estate to the above named / Elizabeth Ann Howsley & her children Given as my last Will and signed by me Mary Jane / Rawes this twenty sixth day of September one thousand nine hundred and three - / MARY JANE RAWES - We the undersigned witnesses to the signature of Mary Jane Rawes / who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other append our names / as witnesses on the day and year above written - LEONARD HORNER, 1 Park Villas, Eagley / Bolton - STANLEY STUBBS 135 Church Street Horwich.
