I GERARD JONES RAWES of No 8 Wilson Road in the parish of St Giles Camberwell in the County of Surrey declare this to be my last Will and testament I do hereby give unto my dear wife Unity Jane Rawes all my real and personal estate whatever and wheresoever to hold unto her her heirs executors and administrators according to the respective natures and qualities of the said premises absolutely and for ever and I hereby appoint my said wife sole EXECUTRIX of this my Will at the same time revoking (all former and other Wills Codicils testamentary dispositions and appointments whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunder set my hand this fourteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five - GERARD JONES RAWES -

Signed by the said testator as his last Will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his pre­sence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses CLARA MARY OTLEY 9 Wilson Road Camberwell - ALICE MARSHALL Ellastone Lodge Walton by Clevedon Somerset ON the 16th day of March 1904 Probate of this Will was granted to Unity Jane Rawes widow the sole Executrix.
