THIS THE LAST WILL & TESTAMENT of me UNITY JANE RAWES of 38 Agnes Place Kannington Park S E in the county of Surrey widow I do hereby revoke all and any former wills or testaments and I devise and bequeath the whole of my estate whatever & wheresoever to be found and to which I shall be entitled at my death and over which I shall have any power of testatment to be divided in equal shares between my son Gerard John Rawes of 38 S- Agnes Place Kennington Park S E and my daughter Nellie Unity Rawes at present residing as a Student at The Royal Holloway College Egham Surrey and if either of these my children shall predecease me I bequeath the whole of my estate to the survivor And if both my children Gerard John Rawes and Nellie Unity Rawes shall predecease me then I bequeath my estate to be divided in equal shares between my son's Walter Rawes of Griffith Street Townsville N Queensland Australia and Charles Kinsman Rawes of 4 Tubbs Road Harlesden N W and their issue and in the event of elther of these my Sons predeceacing me and leaving no issue I bequeath the whole to the survivor And I hereby appoint my sons Charles Kinsman Rawes and Gerard John Rawes and daughter Nellie Unity Rawes EXECUTORS of this my will IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunder set my hand this 9th day of March in the year of our Lord 1904 - UNITY JANE RAWES - Signed by the said testatrix as her last will testament in the presence of us present at the name time who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses - ALFRED HOLLAND Clerk in Holy Orders St, Agnes Vicarage Kennington Park - MABEL MELLON St Agnes Vicarage Kennington Park. 0N the 25th day of of October 1909 Probate of this Will was granted to Gerard John Rawes one of the Executors.
