THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me MARY RAWES of 25 Moore Park Road Chelsea in the County of London widow I appoint Robert Neville Geach and Lewis Cecil Geach EXECUTORS and Trustees of this my Will I give and bequeath to my said Trustees the sum of £500 Upon trust to invest in the usual trustees investments and to pay the income arising from such investments with power to resort to capital if necessary as will make up a sum of ten shillings a week to be paid weekly to my niece Sarah Ann Voard during her life and after her death I give & bequeath the residue of the said sum of £500 to Mrs Isabella Sugden of Belmont 88 Rawsdon Street Victoria Australia I give and bequeath to the said Sarah Ann Voard a legacy of £100 in addition to the benefit arising from the said sum of £500 I give and bequeath the following legacies to the following persons namely to Mrs Robert Gisham Geach the sum of £100 To Margaret Geach £30 To To Mrs Evelyn Adams £30 To her said Robert Neville Geach the sum of £30 To the said Lewis Cecil Geach £30 to Charles Wilfred Geach £30 To Neville Geach £10 To Mrs Lewis Cecil Geach £10 To Mrs Hill £10 To Aliza Howe £10 I give to the trustees or Deacons of the Baptist Chapel of Dolgelley the sum of £5 As to the rest and residue of my estate and effects I give and bequeath to my said niece absolutely I revoke all former wills and declare this to be my last will and testament IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eighteenth day of February 1910 - MARY RAWES -
