This is the last Will na Testament of / me Mary Spooner Raws of King Edwards / Road in the County Borough of Leicester Spinster I / hereby appoint Thomas Gamble of East Park / Road Leicester aforesaid Property Agent and Henry / Ward Cameron of King Edwards Road Leicester aforesaid / to be joint Executors and Trustees of this my Will and / I give to each of them the sum of twenty pounds free of / legacy duty for the trouble in acting as such Executors / and Trustees and I direct my said Trustees to pay my / just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I give / and devise all my real estate to my said Trustees upon / Trust for my step father Edward Barsby during the / term of his natural life And from and after his death / upon Trust to sell the same as and when they shall think / fit and whether by public Auction or Private Contract / and to divide the proceeds thereof in equal shares amongst / and between Esther Parkinson of 36 Seymour Street / Bramley, Co. York, Annie Slater of 172 / Cross Road, Foleshill, Coventry, Henry Barsby of Staningly / near Leeds, and Edith Devenport of Middle Terrace / Middle Furlong Road Nottingham I give and / bequeath my gold watch and chain and my pearl / bracelet to the said Edith Devonport I give and bequeath / my square diamond brooch to Mrs Annie Maria Isles / of 39 Fountain Street Flaxby Road York I give and / bequeath my gold necklace and locket and my / opal ring and curb bracelet to the said Esther Parkinson / I give and bequeath my diamond ring and my / plain bracelet and long brooch with diamond centre / to Annie Slater And I give and bequeath all other / jewellery which may be belonging to me at the time of / my decease to the said Henry Barsby And I give / and bequeath all the rest and residue of my personal / estate and effects of what kind and nature soever to the / said Esther Parkinson Lastly I revoke all former /
