[Page one:] This is the last Will na Testament of / me Mary Spooner Raws of King Edwards / Road in the County Borough of Leicester Spinster I / hereby appoint Thomas Gamble of East Park / Road Leicester aforesaid Property Agent and Henry / Ward Cameron of King Edwards Road Leicester aforesaid / to be joint Executors and Trustees of this my Will and / I give to each of them the sum of twenty pounds free of / legacy duty for the trouble in acting as such Executors / and Trustees and I direct my said Trustees to pay my / just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I give / and devise all my real estate to my said Trustees upon / Trust for my step father Edward Barsby during the / term of his natural life And from and after his death / upon Trust to sell the same as and when they shall think / fit and whether by public Auction or Private Contract / and to divide the proceeds thereof in equal shares amongst / and between Esther Parkinson of 36 Seymour Street / Bramley, Co.
