MARGARET RAWS OF ILKLEY

Will of Margaret Raws of Ilkley, Yorkshire. Made 2nd March 1911, Proved 25th June 1914 at Wakefield. (Raws Line).
This is the last Will and Testament of me Margaret / Raws of 12 St James Road Ilkley in the County of York Widow
1. I appoint my brothers Herman Alfred Gaunt and John Edward / Gaunt to be Trustees and Executors of this my Will.
2. I devise all my real estate and I bequeath all my personal estate / and effects unto and to the use of my said Trustees (and as to my real / estate in fee simple) Upon Trust to sell get in and convert the same / into money and thereout to pay my just debts and my funeral / testamentary and trust expenses and particularly to pay to the / said John Edward Gaunt the sum of two hundred and sixty three / pounds nineteen shillings and six pence in which I am now / indebted to him and any other moneys which I may owe to him / at the time of my decease And to pay and divide the residuary / moneys to arise from my said real and personal estate after making / the payments aforesaid unto and between the said Herman Alfred / Gaunt and John Edward Gaunt in equal shares.
3. I declare that if either of my said brothers shall predecease me / and shall leave a child or children him surviving who shall / be living at my decease such last mentioned child or children shall / take and if more than one in equal shares such share of my / residuary trust moneys and estate as his her or their deceased parent / would have taken if such parent had survived me.
4. I authorise and empower my Trustees to pay or apply the income / of the share of my estate to which any minor may be entitled or / contingently entitled under the trusts of this my Will in or towards his / or her maintenance and education and also to pay or apply so much / of the Capital share of each such minor (not exceeding one moiety) / as my Trustees may think fit in or towards his or her maintenance / education or advancement in life or otherwise for his or her benefit / In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this second / day of March one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
