This is the last Will and Testament / of me / Robert Rawes of 1 Oak Terrace Bishop Auckland / in the County of Durham made this Seventh day of October / in he year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred / and thirteen I hereby revoke all Wills by me made at any time / heretofore made I appoint my wife Margaret Hannah / Rawes to be my Executrix and I direct that all my / just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall / be paid as soon as possible after my decease I hereby / give and bequeath unto my wife Margaret Hannah / Rawes all my real and personal estate of which I may / be possessed at the time of my death for her absolute / use and control Robert Rawes [signs] Signed published and declared by the said testator as / and for his last Will and testament in presence of us / who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of / each other have hereunto subscribed our names as / witnesses.
