THIS IS THE LAST WILL of me HENRIETTA RAWES of Boughton Lodge Frant Road Tunbridge Wells in the County of Kent
Widow by which I intend to dispose only of the property which belongs to me but not of that which is included
in my Marriage Settlement I appoint my son The Reverend Francis Russell Rawes and James Arthur Dawes of 2
Birchin Lane Lombard Street in the City of London EXECUTORS of my Will and TRUSTEES for the purposes hereof and
I declare that the powers and discretions hereby given to the trustees hereinbefore appointed shall be
exercisable by the survivor of them and by other the trustees or trustee for the time being of my Will 1 give to
each of then the said Fransis Russell Rawes and James Arthur Dawes two hundred pounds free of duty I give and
devise to the said Francis Russell Rawes his heirs and assigns my freehold house and premises No 4 Cavendish
Place Eastbourne in the County of Sussex I also give to him the flat which I occupy at No 10 Hyde Park Mansions
for all my interest therein he paying the rent and performing the covenants and agreements under which I hold the
same I also give to him all my plate and plated articles and my household furniture linen china books prints
pictures engravings musical instruments wines liquors and consumable stores and all other my personal effects of
every kind (except money and securities for money and title deeds and except what I may otherwise dispose of by
this my Will or by any Codicil hereto) I give all my jewellery trinkets and wearing apparel to my grand daughters
Henrietta Mary Florence Rawes and Gwendoline Violet Rawes in equal shares I give to my grandson Arthur Rawes one
hundred pounds free of duty I give all the residue of my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real
and personal to the said Francis Russell Rawes and James Arthur Dawes their heirs executors administrators and
assigns according to the nature and quality thereof upon trust that the said Francis Russell Rawes and James
Arthur Dawes their heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof upon
trust that the said Francis Russell Rawes and James Arthur Dawes (who and the survivor of them and the Executors
or administrators of such survivor and other the trustees or trustee for the time being hereof are hereinafter
referred to as "my Trustees") shall as and when and as they shall in their uncontrolled discretion think fit to
sell call in and convert the same into money with power to defer the sale calling in and

conversion of the whole or any part thereof for such period as they shall think fit or indefinitely and shall
invest the proceeds arising from any sale calling in and oonversion in their names in any security or mode of
investment for the time being authorised by law with power to vary and transpose the investments from time to
time as they shall think fit and to stand possessed thereof and of the investments for the time being
representing the same (hereinafter called "the Trust Fund") upon trust to pay the annual income arising therefrom
to the said Francis Russell Rawes during his life and after his death upon trust as to as well the capital as the
income for all or such one or more exclusively of the others or other of the children or more remote issue of the
said Francis Russell Rawes (such remoter issue being born within legal limits) at such age or time and subject to
such conditions and restrictions and generally in such manner in all respects as the said Francis Russell Rawes
shall by deed with or without power of revocation and new appointment or by Will or Codicil appoint and in default
of appointment and so far as any such appointment shall not extend in trust for the child or children of the said
Francis Russell Rawes who shall attain the age of twenty one years or an to a daughter or daughters previously
marry with the previous consent or subsequent approval of the said Francis Russell Rawes if living and if more
than one in equal shares as tenants in common Provided always that no child who or whose issue shall take any part
of the trust fund under any appointment made by the said Prancis Russell Rawes under the power hereinbefore
contained shall in default of appointment to the contrary have or be entitled to any share in the unappointed part
without bringing his or her appointed share into distribution and accounting for the same accordingly Provided
further that no Grandchild of mine who shall at the date of the death of the said Francis Russell Rawes be a
professing member of the Roman Catholic Church shall be entitled to share in the trust fund whether under or in
default of appointment or otherwise and I declare that it shall be lawful for my said trustees (but during the
life of the said Prancis Rusnell Rawes not without his consent in writing) to raise any part or parts not
exceeding one half of the vested or contingent share of any beneficiary in the capital of the Trust Fund and
apply the same for the advancement in life or otherwise for the benefit of such beneficaiary including in the
term advancement as regards a male the expenses of a Public School or College or University education or the
fitting him for or placing him out in any profession business employment or competitive examination and as
regards a female the expense of a trousseau on the occasion of her marriage and that my Executors and Trusteea
shall be entitlee in the conduct of the trust business to employ and pay an Agent whether a Solicitor or any
other person to do all acts and transact all business required to be done in connection

with the trust including acts which my trustees could have done personally I revoke all this former and other
Wills and Testamentary dispositions AS WITNESS my hand this 30th (thirtieth) day of September one thousand nine hundred and

THIS IS A C0DICIL to the Will dated the thirtieth day of September one thousand nine hundred and eleven of me
HENRIETTA RAWES I devise my freehold house No 42 Dudley Road Tunbridge Wells in the County of Kent to my Grandson
Francis Arthur Montague Rawes absolutely and in all other respects I confirm my said WILL IN WITNESS whereof I
have hereunto set my hand this twenty ninth day of January one thousand nine hundred and sixteen - HENIETTIA
