This is the last Will and Testament / of me / Elizabeth Henrietta Rawes of 50 Western Hill in the / City of Durham Spinster I give devise and bequeath all my / real and personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever / unto my sister Emily Mary Rawes absolutely and I / appoint her sole Executrix hereof Should she die before / me I give devise and bequeath everything I die possessed of / in equal parts to my cousins Anne Mary Scott of 50 Douglas Street and Frances Margaret Robson of 9 / Amberley Street, Sunderland.
