This is the last Will & Testament of me Emily Mary Rawes of 50 Western Hill in the City of Durham, Spinster I devise and bequeath to Elizabeth Platten should she still [be] with me £100 free of tax. This is a small return for all her kindness to me. To my cousin Anne Mary Scott £300 on her death this sum I bequeath to Harry Oliver Dixon son of my late cousin Emma Mary Dixon of Pittington[?] Anne Mary Scott now residing Beverley, Yorkshire All the rest of my property furniture money etc. I leave to my cousin Frances Margaret Robson of 5[?] Amberley Street, Sunderland. In witness whereof I have nereunto set my hand twenty first day of February nineteen hundred & twenty two - Emily Mary Rawes -

Signed and acknowledged by the said Emily Mary Rawes the testatrix as & for her last Will & Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request & in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

On the 4th day of September 1923 Administration with this Will of the Estate of the testatrix was granted at Durham to Frances Margaret Robson the Residuary Legatee and Divisee named in the said Will
