[Page 1] THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me FRANCIS CURTEIS RAWES a British Subject born and domiciled all my life in this City of Oporto Having already in the past at various times given all my deceased wifes Jewelry my household furniture and effects and all my shares debentures and other Scrip and my house property to my children Alice Prescott Agnes Mabel Glennie and Ada Gertrude I have now only to deal with my Life Insurance Policies comprising one of Norwich Union No 34237 for £1000 and two of the Scottish Widows Fund No 85548 and 85549 for £1000 each on which their respective accumulated profits will also be due at my death The proceeds of these Policies are to be divided at my death in equal portions among my four children Alice Agnes Mabel Glennie and Ada Gertrude In the event of any of them dying before me their portions are'to go to their respective children and in the event of any of my above named son and daughters having no children their share or shares
