THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of me ELIZABETH ANN RAWES of 11 Ann Street Dalton in Furness in the county of Lancaster widow I appoint Arthur James Cross of Dalton House Dalton in Furness aforesaid Doctor of Medicine and Thomas Moss Kay of 69 Market Street Dalton in Furness aforesaid Tobacconist (hereinafter called "my trustees") to be the EXECUTORS and trustees of this my will Subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamen­tary expenses I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my trustees upon trust for my daughter Mary Jane (commonly called Minnie) Dinnen(sic) absolutely Provided always that if my said daughter shall predecease me leaving a child or children such issue shall take and if more than one in equal shares the share which his her or their deceased parent would have taken under this my will had she survived me IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifth day of May one thousand nine hundred and twenty ELIZABETH ANN RAWES - Signed by the said Elizabeth Ann Rawes as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses RICHARD HARPER 65 Mount Pleasant Dalton in F_ Iron Ore Miner - EMMA HARPER 65 Mount Pleasant Dalton in F_ Household duties
