THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me / JAMES RAWES / of 20 / Harehill Street Todmorden in the County of York Retired Tailor / 1. I revoke all former testamentary dispositions made by me / and declare this to be my last Will 2. I give the whole of / my property whatsoever and wheresoever both real and / personal of or to which I may be seized possessed or entitled / at my death or over which I may then have any general power / of appointment by Will unto my wife Hannah Rawes And I APPOINT / her sole EXECUTRIX of this my Will IN WITNESS wherefor I have / hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of August One thousand nine hundred and thirty
