This is the last Will and Testament / of me / Jane Lowther Rawes of 42 Beech Road Tranmere, Birkenhead / in the County of Chester Spinster I Devise and Bequeath / all my real and personal property unto my Cousin Alice Riding of 42 Beech Road, Tranmere Birkenhead aforesaid / absolutely, and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will. / In Witness whereof I have to this my Will set my hand this 16th day of July One Thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
