This is the last Will and Testament / of me Agnes Anne Rawes / of Bansmore, 72a Park Road, Kingston on Thames / in the County of Surrey made this 27th / day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred / and thirty five / I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint / my nephews Gerard John Rawes and Charles Kinsman Rawes / to be my Executors / and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently / may be after my decease / I give and bequeath unto / Gertrude Lilla Gifford the sum of fifty pounds (£50) / if still in my service, to my two great nieces Muriel Jackes / and Nancy Rawes daughters of Dr Charles Rawes all my jewellery and boxes pertaining to it, the rest of my property / I leave to my nephew Gerard John Rawes for use during his / life, but in trust for my above mentioned two great nieces, at / and as his death to be divided equally between them.
