This is the last Will and Testament / of me Ann Rawes / of "Dunoon", 22 Howard Street, Penrith in the / County of Cumberland, Widow. I revoke all former Wills.

I appoint my sons Richard Harrison Rawes, Bernard Rawes and / Lawrence James Rawes (hereinafter called "my Trustees) to be / the executors and trustees of this my Will.

I make the following gifts, namely:-
(a) To my son Richard, my long-cased clock; and I request that / on his daeth he will leave it to his son Alan.
(b) To my son Bernard my mahogany chest of drawers.

(c) To my son Lawrence the chair which was presented to my / Husband by the Railway Company.

(d) To my daughter-in-law Lily Rawes my garnet ring.

(e) To my daughter in law Edith Rawes my antique stone brooch.

(f) To my daughter-in-law Olive Rawes my gold and pearl brooch / and ear-rings.

(g) To my granddaughter Violet Rawes my gold bracelet.

(h) To my granddaughter Betty Rawes my single string of pearls.

(i) To my granddaughter Peggy my double string of pearls.

(j) To each of my grandsons Alan Rawes and John Rawes the sum of three pounds.

As to my house "Dunoon" aforesaid and the residue of my household / furniture and effects and all the rest of my estate and effects / both real and personal I devise and bequeath the same unto my / Trustees Upon trust to sell call in and convert the same into / money and to stand possessed of the proceeds of such sale calling / in and conversion and all other moneys forming part of my / residuary estate Upon trust for themselves my said three sons in / equal shares for their own benefit absolutely Provided that if

any of my said sons shall have died in my lifetime leaving a / widow or issue living at my death, the share in my residuary / estate which such son would have taken if he had survived me / shall be held in trust for his personal representatives as part / of his personal estate.

IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand thias thirteenth / day of July One thousand nine hundred and thirty seven.
