THIS IS THE LAST WILL of me Eric Rawes / of Messrs James Rawes & Company Lisbon Portugal / I appoint my Father Stanley Rawes and my / cousin Lancelot James Rawes to be the Executors / and Trustees of my Will. Subject to payment of my debts: funeral and testamentary / expenses I bequeath all my three and a half percent / War Loan to my Father absolutely I bequeath my share in Messrs James Rawes & Company / to my Father absolutely if he shall be living at my death and / in the event of his predeceasing me I bequeath such share / to my statutory next of kin. I bequeath my one equal third share in the House / at Praia Grande which I share with Peter Dawson and / Ian Rankin to my sisters Betty Rawes and Dorothy Rawes / in equal shares. I bequeath the residue of my property wheresoever and / whatsoever to my Father if shall survive me and in the / event of his presdeceasing me I bequeath such residue to / my statutory next of kin.
