This is the last Will and Testament of me Gerard John Rawes of 47 / Kendall Road, Beckenham, in the County of Kent, Civil Servant, / I hereby devise and bequeath to my sister Nellie Unity Rawes, of / 47 Kendall Road, Beckenham, in the County of Kent the whole of / my estate whatever and wheresoever to be found, and which I shall / die possessed, or over which I may have the power of appointment, / absolutely and forever; but if the said Nellie Unity Rawes shall / have predeceased me the testator, then I devise and bequeath to my / brother Charles Kinsman Rawes of 4 Tubbs Road, Harlesden, in the / County of Middlesex, Medical Practitioner, the whole of my estate whatever, / and wheresoever to be found, or over which I shall have any power of / appointment absolutely and forever; and I hereby appoint the said / Nellie Unity Rawes and Charles Kinsman Rawes Executors of this my / Will, at the same time revoking all or any my former wills or / testaments. In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this / fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine / hundred and nine. Gerard John Rawes [signs]
