THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me FREDERICK RENSHAW / RAWES, of 9 Bloomsbury Square in the County of London Solicitor / (Retired) 1. revoke all former testamentary dispositions / made by me 2. I give to my niece Cissie Lawton the wife of / Alfred Lawton of Holly Farm Clayton near Newcastle-under-Lyme / in the County of Stafford Farmer all my property whatsoever / and wheresoever absolutely and appoint her to be the sole / Executrix of this my Will 3. If the said Cissie Lawton shall / predecease me then I appoint the Public Trustee of Kingsway / in the County of London to be the sole Executor and Trustee of / this my Will and in that event I give to Barbara Lawton the / daughter of the said Cissie Lawton all my property whatsoever / and wheresoever absolutely 4. I direct that my body be cremated / and that my ashes be scattered in open country away from any / city or town IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand / this fifteenth day of August one thousand nine hundred and / forty.
