To Ellen Lamb of Morecambe my china & oak table.
To Edith Jane Catterall of Ulverston the long-cased clock.
To Edward Catterall son of above the bureau.
To Hilda my niece my pearls.
To Betty my niece my watch.
To Nan Dawson of Mint St. Kendal the sum of £10 (ten pounds).
To Mrs Morey of Kentrigg Kendal the sum of £5 (five pounds)
My house, my remaining furniture & personal belongings to be sold & the proceeds together with any cash to be equally divided between Ernest Eskrigg Rawes of 80a Highgate Kendal Edith Harrison of 6 Yard 97 Highgate Kendal Edith Jane Catterall of Ulverston Ellan Lamb of Morecambe & Maggie Tomlinson of Kellett.
