THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ISABELLA RAWES of Beckside Kirkby-in-Furness in the County of Lancashire made this 16th day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and forty two I hereby revoke all Wills heretofore made by me I appoint James Mason Walker of 28 Rawlinson Street Dalton-in-Furness in the County of Lancashire and Matthew Stables of Green Howe Kirkby-in-Furness in the County of Lancashire to be Executors of this my Will I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give devise and bequeath unto my nephews Thomas Edward Walker of the 8 the Cedars North Ormesby Middlesbrough in County of Yorkshire and James Mason Walker of 28 Rawlinson Street Dalton-in-Furness in the County of Lancashire and to my niece Edith Mary Roberts of Comb View 21 Romney Park Dalton-in-Furness in the County of Lancashire each the sum of $100 (One hundred pounds) and to Ada Walker of 18 Cross Street Barrow-in-Furness in the County of Lancashire widow of my late nephew William Charles Walker and to her two children Marjorie Walker and Kathleen Walker each the sum of $50 (Fifty pounds) I give and bequeath my grandfathers clock and corner cupboard to my nephew afore-mentioned James Edward Walker and my silver spoons to the afore-mentioned Thomas Mason Walker and my wearing apparel to my niece afore-mentioned Edith Mary Roberts to dispose os she may desire the residue of my goods and chattels to be sold and the proceeds together with any surplus cash which there may be after all payments and expences have been met including a payment of the sum of Two guineas to each of my executors to be equally divided between the legatees aforementioned
