THIS IS THE LAST WILL of me MADGE RAWES of 48 North Parade Whitley Bay in the County of Northumberland Widow made this 29 day of August One thousand nine hundred and thirty nine I Revoke all former Wills heretofore made by me SUBJECT to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expences I GIVE DEVISE APPOINT AND BEQUEATH all my real and personal estate unto my neice Elizabeth Williams Nicholson of Victoria House Langley Park in the County of Durham for her sole use and benefit absolutely And I APPOINT my said niece to be the sole Executrix of this my Will

SIGNED by the said Testatrix as and for her last Will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
