THIS LAST WILL OF me CHARLOTTE RAWES of 21 Oak Auckland in the County of Durham Widow made this third day of December one thousand nine hundred and forty two. I. I APPOINT my son WILLIAM ERNEST RAWES and my daughter CHARLOTTE EDITH RAWES to be the EXECUT0RS and trustees of this my will. 2. I devise (free of duty) my dwellinghouse number 18 Oak Terrace Bishop Auckland aforesaid to my son the said William Ernest Rawes. 3. I devise (free of duty) my dwellinghouse number 21 Oak Terrace Bishop Auckland aforesaid to my daughter the said Charlotte Edith Rawes. 4. I devise (free of duty) my dwelling house number 63 Woodlands Road Bishop Auckland aforesaid to me daughter Hannah Leithead. 5. I give devise and begueath the residue of my real estate and all my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my trustees Upon trust to sell call in and convert the same into money and after payment thereout of all my, just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to divide the same equally between my son the said Ernest Rawes and William my daughters the said Charlotte Edith Rawes and Hannah Leithead share and share alike. Lastly hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions at anytime heretofore made by me. As witness my and the day and year first before written.
