THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me SARAH JANE RAWES at present residing at Belmont House, Ironworks Road, Tow Law in the County of Durham made this twenty fifth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five.

I hereby revoke all wills made by me at anytime heretofore. I APPOINT my brother JOHN JOSEPH RAWJS to be my EXECUTOR and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath the whole of my estate money and effects of which I may die possessed or be entitled to from any source whatever in equal portions to my brother John Joseph Rawes and my sister Alice Rawes and should either of them predecease me I give and bequeath the whole of my estate, money and effects of which I may die possessed or be entitled to from any source whatever to the survivor.
