ALAN NEWLING RAWES of Sawbridgeworth in the County of Hertford hereby revoke all former wills and Codicils made by me and declare this to be my last Will.

I. APPOINT Barclays Bank Limited (hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will with power for the Bank to act as Bankers to my estate for all purposes upon the terms usual between the Bank and a customer and the Bank shall also be entitled to remuneration (including the customary share of brokerage) for its services as such executor and trustee in accordance with its scale of fees now in force.

2. I APPROVE of the employment of Messieurs Nockolds & Son of Bishop's Stortford as Solicitors in connection with my Estate.

3. I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Trustees upon trust to sell call in and convert the same into money with power to postpone the sale calling in and conversion thereof so long as they shall in their absolute discretion think fit without being liable for loss.

5. MY TRUSTEES shall hold the net proceeds of the said sale and conversion, upon the following trusts:?
(a) Upon trust to pay thereout all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.
(b) Upon further trust to pay all the remainder of my estate unto my Wife Margaret Gertrude Rawes for her own absolute use and benefit.

5. IN THE EVENT of my said life predeceasing me I GIVE AND BEQUEATH the same unto my Daughter Margaret Rosalie Rawes absolutely.
