THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Thomas Rawes of Tithe Farm Holcot in the County of Northampton Farmer. I HEREBY REVOKE all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this only to be my last Will I give devise and bequeath the whole of my estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear wife Sarah Ann Rawes absolutely and APPOINT her sole EXECUTRIX of this my Will IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my Will this Fifth day of August One thousand nine hundred and forty three. THOMAS RAWES SIGNED by the said Thomas Rawes the Testator as and for his last Will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
