THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me THOMAS RAWES of 56 Clapham Road, Anfield in the City of Liverpool, Bookkeeper which I make this eighth day of September One thousand nine hundred and forty four. Revoking all former Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me. 1. I APPOINT my son' Thomas Henry Rawes of 50 Glendevon Road Broadgreen in the said City of Liverpool to be the sole Executor of this my Will. 2. I Bequeath to my said son Thomas Henry Rawes all household furniture provision stores jewellery personal ornaments and wearing apparel and all other articles of personal or household use ornament or consumption belonging to me at the time of my death 3. SUBJECT to the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the legacies given by this my Will or any codicil hereto I Give all my property whether real or personal to such of my sons the said Thomas Henry Rawes and Eric William Clement Rawes as shall be living at the time of my death and if more than one in equal shares.
