This is the last Will and Testament of me, JOHN JOSEPH RAWES, at present residing at Belmont house, Ironworks Road, Tow Law in the County of Durham, made this twenty fifth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five.
I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH the whole of my estate, money and effects, of which I may be possessed or be entitled to from any source whatever, in equal portions to my sisters Sarah Jane Rawes and Alice Rawes and should either of them pre-decease me I give and bequeath the whole of my estate, money and effects, of which I am possessed or be entitled to from any source whatever, to the survivor. Signed by the said Testator, John Joseph Rawes, in the presence of us present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
