I,
    Nellie Unity Rawes of 49 St. Andres Avenue, Sudbury, Wembley, in the County of Middlesex, Spinster hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will.

    1. I appoint Westminster Bank Limited (hereinafter called "the Bank") to be the Executor and Trustee of this my Will on the Bank's Published terms and conditions now in force (including those governing the incidence of the Bank's remuneration) as if such published terms and conditions were herein declared.

    2. I desire that my body be buried in my family grave in the yard of the Parish Church, West Wickham, Kent with an inscription placed on the head stone similar to those already cut thereon and with the text "In your presence ye shall win your souls" and I also desire that my Burial Service shall be held at the Church where I shall have last regularly attended immediately prior to my death.

    3. I give to the Parochial Church Council of the Parish of West Wickham aforesaid the sum of £100 free of duty Upon Trust to invest the same and apply the income thereof in keeping the grave yard of the said Church in good order and repair and I request that they will keep in good order and repair my said family grave and the headstone thereon and will keep the lettering of such headstone legible and will cause the same to be re-cut from time to time for that purpose.

    4. I bequeath to such of my nieces Muriel Jackson and Phyllis Nancy Forsaith as shall be living at my death and if both in equal shares absolutely and free of any duty all my jewellery and other articles of personal use or ornament and such of my furniture books and other articles or effects of domestic or household use or ornament as she or they shall within 3 months from my death select and I direct that my said niece Muriel Jackson shall have the first choice of my miniatures and Orders in Council and Decorations awarded to my late Father

    and Brother.

    5. I devise and bequeath all my real and the residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to the Bank Upon Trust to sell call in and convert into money such part thereof as shall not consist of money with power in its absolute discretion without being liable to account to postpone the sale calling in and conversion for such period as it shall think fit and out of moneys to arise from such sale calling in and conversion to pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the legacies given by this Will or by any Codicil hereto and the duties on all legacies given free of duty and subject thereto the Bank shall stand possessed of the residue of such money In Trust for such of my said nieces Muriel Jackson and Phyllis Nancy Forsaith as shall be living at my death and if both in equal shares absolutely. Provided that if either on my said nieces shall predecease me leaving issue living at my death such issue shall take by substitution and if more than one in equal shares per stirpes the share of my residuary estate which the niece so dying would have taken had she survived me.
