This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Rawes of 12 Cheltenham Street, Barrow-in-Furness in the County of Lancaster. 1. I hereby revoke all Wills and Codicils heretofore made b y me. 2. I appoint my son George Romney Rawes to be the Executor and Trustee of this my Will. 3. I give the following in legacies: To my sister Margaret Williams the sum of £50 To Ivy May Rawes the sum of £100. To Hannah White of 27 Stafford Street the sum of £50. To Phyllis Howarth of 12 Cheltenham Street the sum of £50. 4. I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal property of or to which I shall be entitled at my death not otherwise disposed of unto my said son George Romney Rawes absolutely. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 26th September 1955 T. Rawes [signed].
