35. At Edinburgh the Third day of January Nineteen hundred and fifty seven the Deed hereinafter reproduced was presented for registration in the Books of the Lords of Council and Session for preservation and is registered in the said Books as follows:

I, JANIE WILSON RAWES, widow, presently residing at One hundred and Four Marlborough Avenue, Glasgow for the settlement of the succession to my Means and Estate after my death do hereby ASSIGN, DISPOSE and CONVEY my whole Means and Estate, heritable and moveable, real and personal of every kind and description which shall belong to me at the date of my death to James Macgregor Gordon Hendry, Solicitor, Glasgow and I appoint the said James Macgregor Hendry to be my Executor:

But these presents are granted in trust always for the following purposes:-

(First) For payment of all my just and lawful debts, sickbed and funeral expenses;

(Second) I instruct my said Executor to retain and invest the residue of my said Means and Estate and to apply the income there from for the maintenance and benefit of my daughter, Yvonne Jane Rawes, presently residing with me at 104 Marlborough Avenue aforesaid;

(Third) On my said daughter attaining the age of 21 years, I instruct my said Executor to pay and make over the said residue of my Means and Estate to my said daughter as her own absolute property:

And I grant to my said Executor the fullest powers competent to gratuitous Trustees under the Law of Scotland and without prejudice to the foregoing generality I empower him to make advances from the capital of my said Means and Estate for the benefit of my daughter prior to her attaining the age of 21 years if he in his sole discretion shall deem it advisable and in the interests of my said daughter: And I empower my said Executor to act as Land Agent in the administration of the Trust hereby/

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have subscribed these presents on this and the preceding page at Glasgow on the Twenty-second day of October Nineteen hundred and fifty-six before these witnesses: Mary Craig Smith, residing at 1 Whitehall Terrace, Lanark and Andrew Neil Muir, residing at Fifty-one Randolph Road, Glasgow, W.1.
