Will of Florence Lucy Rawes of Harrow, Middlesex. Made 13th January 1949. Proved London 27th November 1958. (Alveston Line)

I FLORENCE LUCY RAWES of 10 Littleton Crescent, Harrow, Middlesex, Widow HEREBY REVOKE all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will.

1. I APPOINT my daughters PHYLLIS NANCY FORSAITH and MURIEL JACKSON to be Executors of this my Will.

2. I GIVE to the said Phyllis Nancy Forsaith my Oak Desk and Book-Case free of duty.

3. I GIVE the following pecuniary legacies free of duty:-

  • (a) To the said Phyllis Nancy Forsaith the sum of £1000.
  • (b) To my friend Mrs Helen Slade the sum of £200.
4. ALL the residue of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever

I GIVE to my Daughters the said Phyllis Nancy Forsaith and Muriel Jackson or the survivor of them in equal shares absolutely.

IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Thirteenth day of January One thousand nine hundred and forty nine
