This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Rawes of 3 Ridley drive, Great Sankey, Warrington in the County of Lancaster, Boatman. 1. I REVOKE all Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me. 2. I GIVE devise and bequeath all my property whatsoever and wheresoever unto my wife Elsie May Rawes absolutely and I appoint her to be the sole Executrix hereof.
