This is the last Will of me William Wilson Rawes of 10 Laburnum Avenue, Whitley Bay in the County of Northumberland.

WHEREBY I revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and DECLARE this to be my last Will.

I APPOINT Cyril Joseph McCalvey of 75 Victoria Terrace, Whitley Bay, aforesaid Solicitor and my dear sons Oliver Wilson Rawes and Edward Worth Rawes to be the Executors of this my Will.

I GIVE unto my said dear elder son Oliver Wilson Rawes my gold watch

I GIVE unto my said dear son Edward Worth Rawes my watch chain.

I GIVE unto each of the children of my said dear sons the sum of £50 free of duty.

I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be and consist of as and at the time of my death (subject to the payment thereout of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses) unto my Executors and Trustees upon trust to sell call in and convert the same into money or moneys worth with power at their discretion to postpone the sale calling in or conversion without being answerable for any loss occasioned thereby and to pay the same as to one moiety to my said dear son Oliver Wilson Rawes and the other moiety to my said dear son Edward Worth Rawes PROVIDED that should either of my said dear sons die in my lifetime leaving widow by him surviving then I DIRECT that his widow shall take such son's share of my said estate absolutely PROVIDED that should either of my said sons die in my lifetime without leaving widow him surviving then I Direct that the child or children of any such son of mine shall take his or her father's share of my

said estate and if more than one in equal shares as tenants in common upon attaining the age of twenty one years absolutely.

I DECLARE that any person a trustee or executor of this my Will being a Solicitor shall be entitled to charge and paid for all work done by him by him or his firm in relation to the trusts hereof and also his reasonable charges in addition to disbursements for all other work and business done and all time spent by him or his firm in connection with matters arising in the premises including matters which might or should have been attended to in person by a trustee not being a Solicitor.
