- It is possible that this Myles Rawes is the same as the Miles Rawes of lived at the Crosses in Applethwaite.
- Unfortunately the relationship, if any, of Robert Birkett is not known.
- The Crosses and nearby Hole Head in Applethwaite were occupied by branches of the Rawes Family in the 16th and 17th Centuries.
Other people mentioned in the Inventory.
- Robert Birkett.
- R A Colpetts.
- John Cowper.
- James Fisher.
